Search MLS listings
Thanks for choosing Cittarhine.com. Just a few pointers to access the MLS the easiest. Pick your category Single Family, Condo, Mulitfamily, Land, Commercial, or Adult Comminity. Leave the type field blank (attached, detached, duplex, triplex). Make your price range as narrow as possible. Try to leave square footage out because a lot of listings do not have it listed and your search will be skewed. Specify county that you are searching in.
Then there is a link to specify location. Click this to bring up the location box. Pick from there. Toms River is no longer Dover (Dov) so use Toms River (Tom). To search South Seaside Park you must click on Berkeley and it will bring up our listings over there first, but then will give you listings in Bayville. Happy Searching!!
