Since I was born and raised in Toms River, I know a lot about Ocean and Monmouth Counties. I have sold homes as far south as Little Egg Harbor and as far north as Tinton Falls. I concentrate in this geographical area not only because it is where I live and work, but I believe that it is very important for a real estate agent to be familiar with the neighborhoods where their clients are buying and selling.
When I am working with a buyer I try not to show houses that won’t match their needs. I want my clients to find the best possible house and I am not afraid to spend a lot of time helping them find that perfect home.
The real estate business is my full time career. Not only do I sell it, I own it, I rent it, I fix it up, I value it. I am in the process of earning a professional license as a residential appraiser from the state of New Jersey. This means I have a better understanding of how to value real estate. When a buyer asks for advice on what to offer for a house, my opinion is based on knowledge.
Whether I am working with a buyer or a seller, it is not enough to just sign a contract of sale. I will guide my clients through the process to ensure a smooth closing. I have developed relationships with attorneys, mortgage brokers, title companies and home inspectors that I can recommend.
In a difficult market it is important to have the skills available to recognize trends. I have a Batchelor of Science degree from the College of New Jersey with a major in Finance and Marketing. I believe in continuing education and have recently earned the designation of Accredited Buyer Representative from the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS. I am also pursuing the designation CERTIFIED COMMERCIAL INVESTMENT MEMBER.
